How do I place an order?
Shopping with LahcinVa™ is simple. Just browse our collection, choose the beauty products you’d like to purchase, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, continue to checkout and complete the payment process to place your order.
Will I get a confirmation after ordering?
Yes. Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
How do I track my shipment?
After your order has been processed and shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use it to check the status of your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we begin processing orders quickly to support timely shipping, we recommend contacting our support team as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel an order. Although modifications cannot always be guaranteed, we will do our best to assist before the order is shipped.
